and so goes this little life of mine....

I am currently in Perth working on applying for a 1 year visa so that they don't arrest me and put me in the Thai prison. Sorry mom....I was feeling a bit dramatic. I leave on sunday but I wanted to just share with some of you what I've been doing and what God's been doing in my life. FIRST off I have decided to stay in Thailand for 3 years so far. I know it's a bummer for those of you who anticipated me to come back after just a year. Being in Thailand and working with these amazing kids I just can't see any reason for me come back to Washington and carry on while my heart is in Thailand and I'm doing what God has created me for. So here I am. I will be planning on coming back in March of 2009 to reestablish my support and to visit all of my beloved family and friends. SECONDLY- I have been blessed to be here in Perth to renew my visa to make this longer stay possible and have been hooked up with a girl named Amy who is a good friend of mine from when I was in Ireland. So that's been a real blessing getting to be here with her. She's been a huge blessing! THIRDLY- My mom comes to visit in September in which I am very stoked about! I am bursting with excitement..... september feels like forever away. I know that I can wait....I think....
FOURTHLY- I was able to attend a Celine Dion concert here in Perth.... absolutely amazing. I guess Jack Johnson was here last week....I think I came on the wrong week... uh, I mean, I came on the perfect week since I'm one of her biggest fans! It was an incredible show and free at that!
FIFLY- I am constantly amazed at how my Father takes care of this little girl of His. Humbled and completely blessed to be a part of this big family and part of this beautiful place we call earth. There is so much life and beauty out here.....and along with that there is also a lot of pain, hurt and death. So lets not forget that along with life there is a flip side that we often times close our eyes to. Let's open our eyes and let our hearts be ripped open to share the love we have to others...... it's a challenge for me as well as you.... I love you all very much and treasure your friendship and communication while I am away from you all. I covet all of your prayers for me and the people I come in contact with. Know that I think of you all often enough to make me a bit homesick! Blessings to all of you who read this!!

hello kynners
number one - i am glad you don't have to live in a thai prison - i heard they make you sing maddona and share your bra around - weird?!
number two - i am excited you stay here for 3 years, also that you are nice enough to take my job. luckily i am not one of those back home missing you, so it works out a bit better for me than for them.
number three - AMAZING that you saw Celine Dion!!! we all here are so jealous. dude, that would have been so funny to go there and sing along - you better have photos...
and fourthly - i slept in your bed the last two nights, thanks. it was dreamy and reminded me of you. we had art night last night and missed you. i drew your curtains.
we've been getting well wet and it is fun. when you get back we'll be in chiang mai, bummer dude, but will be ready and willing to wet you up on tuesday.
glad that perth is treating you well. soak up the beach and the 'not so hot' and we'll see you berry soon.
love you bunches, p'pe pe xxxxx
